Robert M. DeNichilo Announced as 2022 CAI OCRC President

We are excited to announce the 2022 incoming CAI Orange County Regional Chapter President, Robert DeNichilo, Esq., CCAL. The Orange County Regional Chapter (OCRC) of Community Associations Institute (CAI) serves the educational, business, and networking needs of community associations in the Orange County area of California.

“I am proud to be a part of such an amazing organization. I look forward to continuing to serve the CAI OCRC chapter by promoting education, leadership, and community,” states Robert.    

Robert DeNichilo has been a long time member of the CAI-OCRC, served on the Board of Directors for the last five years, served on multiple committees, been a key speaker for educational luncheons and Legal Forums and is a CAI-OCRC Delegate to CAI’s California Legislative Action Committee.

More About the CAI-OCRC

The Orange County Regional Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI-OCRC) provides education, networking, resources and advocacy for community associations and the professionals and volunteers who serve them.

Members include condominium associations, cooperatives, and homeowner associations as well as those who provide services and products to community associations. The Orange County Regional Chapter has over 1,400 members including nearly 600 businesses, and represents thousands of households. The chapter is one of 64 chapters worldwide, including Canada, the Middle East and South Africa, and relationships with housing leaders in a number of other countries, including Australia and the United Kingdom.
